The suspended semi submersible vertical turbine pump is a lead pump leak prevention device that can prevent lead pump leakage and is easy to maintain. This technical method involves a lead pump bearing seat with a flower orchid receiver, which includes a motor, a coupling, a short shaft, a long shaft, and a pump body. The short shaft is set inside the bearing seat, and the upper end of the short shaft is connected to the motor through a coupling. The lower end of the short shaft is connected to the upper end of the flower orchid coupling, and the lower end of the flower orchid coupling is connected to the long shaft. The lower end of the long shaft is set inside the lead pump body and connected to the impeller. The lead outlet of the lead pump body is connected to the lead outlet pipe through a lead outlet pipe joint. This technical method has the following beneficial effects: it adds a short shaft to the lead pump, replaces the bearing seat with a short shaft bearing seat, and places it on the pump frame. The short shaft is connected to the long shaft through a connecting handle, thereby avoiding the phenomenon of bearing jamming and motor burning caused by the loss of lubricating oil due to the high temperature of the lead liquid caused by the high temperature of the bearing. This technical method solves the technical problem of bearing lubricating oil loss due to high temperature of lead liquid in actual production, and is an ideal support device for lead smelting lead pump bearings.
